In the function as project manager / project manager (m/w/d) Product development, you take responsibility for managing challenging development projects. You actively shape the future of our products, coordinate interdisciplinary teams and accompany the entire product development process.

Integrated management and control of projects across the entire product development process Planning and monitoring of budget, resources and project schedules including project controlling Moderation of decision-making processes and responsibility for risk and change management Leadership and motivation of interdisciplinary project teams and coordination of external partners Analysis of product and project requirements and translation into testable technical solutions Definition of acceptance criteria and support of validation and implementation Ensuring a transparent flow of information and regular project reporting Presentation of results and basis of decision over internal and external stakeholders

Complete technical university studies, ideally in the field of economic engineering or mechanical engineering Alternatively, a completed technical training with further training to the technician/master (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) or a comparable qualification Multiannual relevant professional experience in managing complex development projects Impressed leadership and communication strength as well as high social competence in dealing with internal and external stakeholders Experience in leadership, motivation and further development of interdisciplinary teams Funded knowledge of common project management methods (classical and agile) and their practical application Analytical thinking, structured working and a high degree of self-initiative and sense of responsibility
