(Senior) Manager – ServiceNow Consulting (w/m/d) You will be with us with a successfully completed study of the disciplines (economic) informatics, economics, economic engineering, natural sciences or a comparable study direction. In addition, you bring experience in consulting/professional services as well as at least 4 years of experience in business analysis in technology-based service management transformations, like ServiceNow preferred, but also any other complementary technology, such as HPSM/Remedy. Ideally, you have certifications in ServiceNow CSA, Agile methods, ITIL, Business Analyst. You could already collect pre-sales experience, including answers to RFIs, RFPs and presentations for customers (ideally in the ServiceNow environment). You are also familiar with the management of offshore development teams and other ServiceNow products except ITSM, such as SecOps, ITOM, HR, CSM, IRM, VRM. Negotiating skills, persuasiveness and team skills as well as reliable knowledge of German language complete your qualifications.
