Individual care: basic and treatment care, adapted to the needs of our clients Quality management: You ensure the high quality of care by checking action plans, evaluierst nursing reports, and performing care visas. Planning and organisation: You are also responsible for the service and tour planning and make sure all tours run smoothly. Care counselling according to § 37 SGB XI: Support of relatives and clients in matters concerning care First talks: Recording new clients Personnel training & trainings: care visas etc.

Leadership and Responsibility: willingness to take responsibility in the team, give orientation and live a professional way of working. Flexibility and solution orientation: ability to react appropriately to changing situations in everyday care, and to think along and find practical solutions. Quality claim: Good care and practical improvements in day care. Qualification: Senior Caregiver (m/w/d), nursing (m/w/d) or nursing (m/w/d) as well as PDL further education or studies in the field of care management. Mobility: You have a class B licence
