Technical support for the own-developed accounting systems Conducting the technical tests of new system features Technical support of the rollouts of new program versions in the departments Evaluation and forwarding of error messages to IT Contact person for employees for questions about the systems in the daily business Implementation of programme training for new employees based on self-created training documents

Participation in the factoring accounting bookkeeping and tuning of payment inputs and outputs in the factoring business as well as legal settlements Processing of cases requiring clarification Voting bank accounts Participation in the creation of monthly accounts

Completed commercial training or comparable qualification Experience in accounting, ideally with a high degree of digitization High IT affinity and interest in digitizing accounting processes Safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel Self-responsible and solution-oriented operation Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
