Projektmanager (m/w/d)

Your tasks: • reception of visitors, general office work and administration activities • Output and reception of vehicle papers and keys for vehicles • Guarantee basic order in the Welcome Area, in training rooms and in material storage • Administration, order and issue of training and office materials • Maintenance of training-related databases • Creation of reports • Answering Honda and Honda dealer requests • Management of online courses, classroom trainings and training courses incl. Telephone and mailing actions • Support of trainers and training coordination in administrative tasks • Handling of correspondence (e-mail, serial letters, letter, etc.)

Your qualifications: • Commercial training • High level of customer orientation • Friendly, safe and well-kept appearance • Embossed communicative skills • Very good knowledge of German and good English as well as reliable MS Office knowledge required • Organisational ability, team capability, reliability and resilience • Late shift from 14.00 to 18.00 with flexibility between 7:30 and 18:00
