Teamlead UX, Design & Research (m/f/d)

Our UX team is a central part of our product range and lives the Mindset user-centric work. With a strong focus on interdisciplinary cooperation, modern tooling and the life of agile principles, we create outstanding customer experiences.

We are looking for a leadership personality at the Freiburg location in Breisgau, who is enthusiastically leading a team of 14 UX experts: women, developing and creating cross-border synergies. You work closely with our locations in Freiburg and Barcelona.

Discipline and professional leadership of a 14-member team consisting of concept, design and research Technical and methodological development of the team

Promoting interdisciplinary cooperation with product management and technology

Strengthening the user-centred mindset in the organization

Ensuring clear responsibilities, transparent objectives and effective cooperation

Development of design systems in close coordination with the teams

Promotion of product-discovery methods and data-based work

Transparent communication of goals, progresses and challenges

Synchronization and shoulder closure with the Barcelona site to strengthen cooperation

Completed studies (e.g. in the field of design, media informatics, communication design, or comparable)

Multiannual leadership experience or proven experience in the professional management of teams

Funded knowledge of product-discovery methods and data-based work (quantitative, qualitative, mixed-methods)

Embossed understanding of design systems and their further development

Expertise in current developments and tools of the UX discipline to set new impulses

Passion for team development and coaching

Communication strength, strategic clarity and empathy in dealing with people

You are up-to-date with current developments and tools of the discipline to set new impulses

Very good German (C1) and English (B2) complete your profile
