You have profound experience in IT Service Management (according to ITIL) and want to further develop your skills in a dynamic, globally operating company? Then you are right with us! Proactive problem solution: Continuous monitoring of systems for early identification and elimination of potential malfunctions Supporting the specialist teams: Accompanying and consulting the operational teams in the selection, adaptation and implementation of transport management and associated SaaS solutions. Ensure that these meet the operational requirements and are optimally integrated. Operational security: monitoring compliance with SLAs and ensuring the smooth operation of the systems used. Quick intervention in case of malfunctions for minimizing downtime. Solution integration: Close cooperation with SaaS providers and internal teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions into the IT architecture together with the domain architect and to continuously improve operation. Relationship Management: Maintaining and developing long-term relationships with external solution providers. Technical cooperation to optimize the systems used and ensure a high level of service. Training and enablement: Supporting the 1st Level Service Desk through targeted training and knowledge transfer to enable the independent processing of incidents. Incident management: independent processing of small incidents; for more complex disturbances coordination with operational and technical teams and partners for a fast solution. Compliance with standards: ensure that all operational decisions and measures comply with corporate standards and safety guidelines. Software Purchasing: Cooperation with the specialist departments to select and implement new software solutions that meet operational requirements and complement existing system architecture

Education: Completed studies in the field of computer science, business informatics or comparable training Experience: Multiannual IT operation experience, especially with SaaS solutions and ERP solutions Tools and Framework: Good knowledge of the use of APIs and tools such as Postman as well as monitoring tools such as CheckMK or Grafana for system monitoring Language knowledge: flowing German and English in word and writing Working hours: willingness to shift work and readiness to ensure the operation of the systems even outside regular working hours Soft Skills: High communication strength, team capability and ability to adapt to changing requirements.
