Head of Credit Analysis (m/f/d)

You take over the technical and disciplinary management of the credit analysis department and lead a dedicated team of credit analysts. You are responsible for the qualitative and quantitative analysis of credit commitments in the company and private customer business. You ensure a risk-appropriate credit decision and assessment and contribute to the further development of our credit policies. You coordinate cooperation with market areas, risk management and revision. You support department management in strategic issues relating to the credit portfolio. You promote the professional development of your team and implement the internal processes in terms of quality and efficiency.

You have a completed bank/park occupant training and have further qualified in business (spark occupant/bank farmer; or the like) You are characterized by a targeted guidance and motivation of employees, have the evidence of successful leadership, e.g. within the scope of the PA4 or are willing to provide this at short notice and have optimally already gained first leadership experience. You are strong in communication and enforceable. You have several years of professional experience in credit analysis or credit business. You can demonstrate good knowledge of the balance sheet and cash flow analysis as well as in the banking regulatory environment (e.g. MaRisk). You are characterized by high decision-making competence, analytical thinking and a pronounced sense of responsibility.
