Conception, development and optimization of high-performance data warehouse models (kimball), as well as design of pioneering star/snowflake Schema designs, dimension and fact tables Development of dashboards and cubes that support clinical decision-making, quality management, accounting and management reporting Planning and support in the implementation and maintenance of robust ETL/ELT processes (e.g. SSIS, SSAS) for the safe and efficient processing of large quantities of sensitive patient and administrative data Implementation of data quality, governance and security policies (rolling and access controls) Close cooperation with medical specialist departments, nursing staff and administration to accurately identify requirements and implement tailor-made solutions

Trusted with data warehouse architectures to Kimball and experience in modeling Star and Snowflake Schemas Very good SQL skills and experience with performance tuning, store procedures and views Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) Ideally experience with ETL / ELT tools in the Microsoft BI environment (e.g. SSIS, SSAS) Very good knowledge of German in word and writing (at least C1)
