Your tasks

• Preparation of daily hot and cold dishes for a larger number of guests in a communal catering facility.
• Planning, preparation and implementation of the food supply in compliance with hygiene regulations (HACCP) and internal quality standards.
• Responsible cooperation in menu planning, goods ordering and professional storage of foodstuffs.
• Self-employed work at various places of the kitchen and occasional support for special meals or events within the property.

That's what you bring

• (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience as a cook (m/w/d) in public service is desirable
• Good knowledge in handling the usual machines and appliances of the kitchen
• Good knowledge of hygiene and quality standards (HACCP)
• Reliable, structured working and team skills
• readiness for regulated service hours and occasional special services
