In this position you take a central role within the engineering and run a team of hardware and software specialists. Professional and disciplinary leadership of the team Planning and coordination of resource and capacity utilization and prioritization of ongoing projects and development tasks Technical assessment of customer requirements as well as support for sales and project management in supply phases Impulse generators for the further development of engineering standards, in particular with regard to software quality, standardization and efficiency enhancement Development and optimization of processes, methods and tools in engineering If necessary, active cooperation in projects and support of the team in technical issues or bottlenecks in project execution

Complete studies in the field of electrical engineering, automation technology, mechatronics or a comparable qualification (e.g. technicians) Multiannual experience in managing engineering teams as well as the ability to clearly structure and develop an experienced team Found experience in the engineering environment with comprehensive knowledge in the field of PLC programming Analytical and Structured Operation and Clear Communication and Enforceability Very good knowledge of German and English Ready for occasional international missions
