Your tasks:

• Operation of the center of rotation with driven tools
• Create and optimize CNC programs
• Roughening of the machine according to clamping tools
• Retrieve parts and tool corrections
• Support of our 5-axis CNC milling centers
• Pre-assembly and provision of cutting tools
• Testing the workpieces and securing the quality
• Creating clamping tool sketches and tool plans
• Maintenance and repair work
• Elimination of faults and errors

Your profile:

• Senior Consultant (m/w/d) or comparable
• Programming skills on Mitsubishi Maps 5 desirable
• Programming knowledge of Heidenhain iTNC 530 desirable
• Knowledge of CAD/CAM (ideally TopSolid) desirable
• High quality awareness and sense of responsibility
