The experimenta is an innovative recreational and educational institution in which people of all ages can experience the fascination of science and technology. Germany's largest science center offers a variety of offers: interactive, researching, audiovisual and inclusive. Do you want to support us in the team and develop the experiment in an innovative way? Would you like to further develop our interactive exhibitions strategically and to develop and convert them into creative, fascinating exhibition narratives?

You guide a motivated, experienced and committed team and plan our future exhibitions with new topics, formats and exhibits.

This includes: Strategic and long-term review of the exhibition Conceptual development of new topics, formats and exhibits Close cooperation with external partners (science, business, agencies, manufacturers) Conception of digital exhibition experience Participation in conferences and network activities Content representation of the experimenta and its exhibitions to the outside, for example at conferences and conferences

Completed study in the STEM area, ideally with a technical-didactic or museum-scientific focus Funded, versatile and scientifically based understanding of interactive exhibits and exhibitions, combined with a consistently didactic and visitor-oriented approach Embossed design strength: You form convincing, tangible, well-founded and implementable exhibition concepts from ideas – with a clear narrative and thought in space Outstanding analytical and strategic competence, high resilience, negotiation skills and sovereignty in dealing with conflicts Creative, courageous and team-oriented personality Experience in the leadership of employees and takeover of personnel responsibility Negotiating English skills; other foreign languages of advantage
