That's what you expect: You support the design, organization and development of training and learning formats for our customer service employees.

You participate in the analysis of customer feedback, identify potential for improvement and support the implementation of measures to increase customer satisfaction.

You'll start reports, presentations and evaluations on training, quality and customer experience metrics and prepare data vividly.

You work closely with various departments and support exciting projects around Service Excellence, Quality and Customer Experience.

You perform organizational and administrative tasks, prepare meetings and workshops and document project results.

You are a team player and you want to work with a motivated team in which team spirit and cohesion are not empty words, but our lived values.

Analytical and communicative skills are your strengths.

Also in English you feel confident for sharing with international colleagues.

With the popular MS Office 365 programs you are well familiar and have already gained good practice experience.
