Ensuring the maintenance of all relevant master data (e.g. tariff numbers, non-preferential and/or preferential origin, coding) Management and processing of long-term supplier declarations and preferential records Management and processing of binding tariff information (vZTA) or binding origin information (vUA) Classification of goods master data management and production of shipping documents in the ERP Examination of tax rulings / supervision of service providers (import duty) Import/export processing in cooperation with forwarding companies Appendix and approval of tariff numbers in BEO Order processing/processing: Communication & Coordination between forwarding, distribution and storage worldwide Disposition of cargo hold in land, sea and lorries (export) Create/report Intercompany invoices. General office activities

Complete training to/from the merchant/wife for forwarding and logistics services or wholesale trader/wife Very good German and English skills in word and writing Professional experience and thus sound knowledge in the field of customs / foreign trade Good experience in preferential law Good ERP knowledge; ABAS identifiers are advantageous Process orientation, commitment and entrepreneurial thinking Responsibility and results-oriented and independent working High team capability and service oriented Very good MS Office knowledge
