Key User Microsoft Business Central 365 (m/f/d)

Technical system responsibility: You serve BC365 as a central contact person for business processes and system requirements. Requirement management: You collect, evaluate and prioritize requirements of the departments and translate them into applicable specifications. Process optimization: You simplify and standardize business processes and promote the use of system standards. Interface management: You coordinate cooperation between departments, IT, external service providers. Testing and training: You coordinate technical tests, create documentation and promote user acceptance. Continuous improvement: You develop processes, reporting and data quality and accompany system optimization after the go-live.

You have a commercial, technical or IT-related training or a corresponding study. You bring experience with ERP systems, process management or business applications. Ideally, you know Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or comparable ERP solutions. You analyze processes structured and can document technical requirements in a comprehensible manner. You convince with the strength of communication, their own initiative and a solution-oriented way of working. You communicate safely in German and English and are happy to work across locations.
