You work in a small, well-established team with three colleagues who are distinguished by mutual support, openness and an appreciation of cooperation. In this responsible position, you combine your commercial know-how with a sensitive approach to families and children.

Your tasks: You collect and maintain client data carefully and ensure their topicality You carry out internal bookings and take over receivable management with a high degree of accuracy You create the fee calculations for parent contributions and are in exchange with parents for payment differences – always value-estimating and solution-oriented You develop individual rate payment agreements and accompany their implementation You work with the creation and processing of accounting-relevant and statistical data You implement the requirements of child and care protection responsibly and consistently

You have completed commercial training or a comparable qualification as well as several years of relevant professional experience You work reliably, structured and maintain your care and accuracy even with high work load The responsible and discreet handling of sensitive data is of course for you You convince by your very good organizational skills and your clear and friendly communication You bring an open, facing and service-oriented personality with You are safe in handling MS Office and ideally have knowledge in SAP, TOPSOZ and/or KitaPlus You design the handling of proximity and distance to the supervised families professionally and reflects
