At MAKSUTI Bau you will be responsible for high-quality interior design projects exclusively in Berlin and Brandenburg. You work closely with construction and project management, take responsibility for the project accounting and benefit from short decision-making and a collegial, professional environment.

Project-related, customer-oriented billing of construction services Production of scales and independent quantity and mass determination Ensuring correct collection and billing according to performance directory Processing and compilation of auditable accounting documents for services provided Recognizing, Calculating and Capturing Subsidies Creation and development of supplementary performance directorate positions Examination and assessment of accounts of the subcontractors Close and coordinated cooperation with construction management, project management and costing Participation in the optimization of internal accounting processes

Complete technical training or studies in the field of construction (e.g. civil engineering, architecture) (m/w/d), Bautechniker (m/w/d), Bauleiter (m/w/d) or in a comparable position Finded knowledge of the building billing and the handling of performance directories Commitment, enforcement and a strong sense of responsibility Independent, structured and reliable operation High readiness and loadability in a dynamic project environment Secure handling of MS Outlook; Knowledge of Merlin is beneficial driving licence class B
