Responsibility for controlling and achieving sales and earnings targets Takeover of personnel recruiting, personnel promotion and talent development for our acoustic locations Personnel administration such as staff use or holiday planning Intensive care of the acoustic studios in the sales area including regular store visits Implementation of the sales concept and development of new sales strategies Support in designing assortments and sales policy Market and competition monitoring in responsibility Planning and implementation of meetings, workshops and training

Completed output or Senior Consultant (m/w/d), Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Ideally at least two years of leadership experience in hearing acoustics, preferably in the infilialized trade environment Impressed communication strength and team capacity as well as analytical and strategic thinking High level of commitment and flexibility and readiness to travel
