As part of our team, you can independently serve customers from different industries – with a clear focus on long-term customer relationships with medium-sized companies as well as large companies, especially in highly regulated areas such as aviation. In detail, this means: You advise and accompany our customers in all key issues of occupational and health protection – from the analysis of working conditions to the development and implementation of practical measures. You are regularly at your local customers, perform desires, identify risks and support in the safe design of jobs, workflows and work environments. You create and update risk assessments and accompany their effective implementation in everyday business. You actively contribute to recurring formats such as work protection committee meetings and shape them. Depending on the customer structure and the project, you are working on professionally demanding key topics of occupational safety, e.g.: workplace and environmental analyses as well as measurements (including noise and exposure measurements, including in the air travel specific environment), analysis of specific operational conditions and risks; Development of practical solutions tailored to the respective operation, which can be implemented in everyday work.

You design and conduct training as well as instruction and convey contents of the occupational safety in a comprehensible, practical and addressable manner. For larger customers, you will work with other consultants in the team: you will work together, depending on experience and project, to work together. In addition, together with the team, you will develop specialist focuses or build new topics – oriented to the needs of our customers as well as to your personal interests and strengths. The activity includes occasional service trips to our customers. The travel percentage is low overall and is planned independently by you so that it can be well compatible with your personal life situation. Sounds diverse? It is!

If you want to find your new professional home with us in the long term, you will ideally bring: You have a qualification as a specialist in occupational safety in accordance with § 7 of the Labour Safety Act or are currently in the corresponding training. You have the pleasure of consulting companies professionally, analyzing facts and developing practical solutions in occupational safety together with your contacts. First professional experiences in occupational safety are of advantage, but no requirement – well-qualified professionals also find a structured entry and professional support. You work independently, reliably and structured, organize your tasks and customer appointments independently and keep track of different projects and customers. A clear, value-adding and address-oriented communication is one of your strengths – both in exchange with executives and with employees. You are interested in different industries and thematic fields and are open to further developing your technical priorities in the course of your activity, e.g. in the field of fire protection or in adjacent topics of occupational safety. Basic English skills are desirable; alternatively, you will be willing to develop your English skills in the course of your activity. Safe handling of common office applications is obvious to you.
