Location responsibility: You autonomously engage a dedicated team at our logistics location and bring your ideas into daily work. Advice at eye level: You are the first contact point for employees on issues relating to salary, holidays or internal regulations - as well as for managers on labour law issues. Promote further development: You accompany employees and managers in their professional and personal development. Design HR processes: You control operating HR processes with a clear quality claim and develop them together with us. Projects: You work on HR initiatives - from the introduction of digital tools to topics such as onboarding, retention or people development. Networking & working together: You work closely with other HR colleagues:inside and areas - locally and across locations.

HR-Background: Complete study of economic, social or legal sciences or comparable courses. Professional experience: First practical experience in the HR environment, ideally in the operational personnel sector or in logistics. Labour law? Sure. You bring first points of contact with labour law topics. Pragmatism & Structure: You work solution-oriented, think with and keep an overview - even if it gets hectic. Project experience: You have already accompanied smaller projects or HR initiatives and want to further develop in this area. Team & Communication: You communicate clearly, empathically and at eye level - also with employee representation.
