Head of Finance & Controlling (m/f/d)

General responsibility for accounting, controlling and financial statements according to HGB Creation of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts and management reporting Management of liquidity, cash management, financing and factoring Responsibility for budget planning, forecasts and medium-term planning Expansion and further development of modern controlling instruments (cost accounting, costing, earnings control) Further development of financial processes, reporting structures and systems Leadership and further development of the commercial team (7 employees) Sparring partners of the management and close cooperation with departments and external partners (banks, insurance, auditors)

Graduate degree with focus on finance / controlling Multiannual professional experience (approx. 7+ years) in the financial sector, ideally in the production environment Management experience and experience in cooperation with management/partners Knowledge of HGB, accounting and controlling instruments Experience in liquidity management, financing, factoring and cost accounting Secure handling of ERP systems and MS Office Analytical, structured working and entrepreneurial thinking Communication strength, enforcement and hand-on mentality
