Evaluation and data management Processing, validation and maintenance of asset and business data as the basis for brokerage/remarketing (e.g. device class, specification, condition, accessories, serial numbers) Analyze customer data and evaluate purchases and process Assessment of the devices according to grading and follow-up calculations Use EOL evaluation data for remarketing: analysis of defects, derivation of improvements (KVP) and processing of data for the evaluation of laptops, printers, TFTs/monitors and networks. The EOL processes support and develop internally – for example in standards, interfaces and KPIs Reviews and residual value analysis (FMV) from IT-Assets Remarketing, offers and coordination Creation and maintenance of remarketing offers (Templates, Lots, price logic according to specifications) incl. Plausibility checks and documentation of assessment measures Coordination of processes close to remarketing up to settlement (vote with internal interfaces, brokers, buyers and service providers) Ensuring timing, status and data consistency The definition and regular review of asset classifications and valuation standards (such as state classes or criteria for missing accessories) are essential in order to ensure consistent and transparent offers in the offer area Process optimization and digitization Digitization: Identify manual steps and stabilise/scale with pragmatic automations (e.g. Power Query/Power Automate) Tools & data logic: Use and development of relevant systems/interfaces incl. Testing new features Documentation: short, practical process descriptions/guides for repeatable processes and fast knowledge transfer Business Continuity and Support Backup/Business Continuity for critical brokerage/EOL processes (data checks, status checks, handovers) Support in the organisation of customer appointments and coordination of customer contact, in particular for lease and broker customers, without direct sales activities

completed training (e.g. IT system businessman/wife, businessman/wife for IT system management, specialist informant or comparable); a degree (e.g. business informatics, BWL, economic engineering) is optional. At least three years of professional experience in a comparable position Very good knowledge in Excel, preferably with experience in macros or power machines, are of great advantage.
