• You are direct contact person and expert advisor for all customer requests in the spare parts business and assemble customer-specific spare parts packages
• You are responsible for the costing, creation and tracking of spare parts offerings including order processing and complete order processing
• In addition, you design custom spare parts packages
• You are responsible for cross-departmental communication for the clarification of technical and commercial matters as well as coordination with suppliers
• The organization and implementation of sales activities complete your task profile

Your profile

• You have a technical vocational training with a commercial background or vice versa or have a comparable qualification
• You have experience in spare parts service or maintenance, service and/or sales in machine and plant engineering, at best in intralogistics
• They are safe to use the current MS Office products and bring SAP knowledge
• You have experiences in handling CRM systems
• You have knowledge of German language and good English in word and writing
• They are service- and service-oriented and have good communication skills
• You are a team player, dedicated, conscientious and responsible
