The Service division stands for the functioning backbone of Asklepios clinics – with areas such as cleaning, technology, logistics, sterilization, safety and catering. Our personnel department is responsible for the care and billing of over 6,000 employees.

You support staff management in the strategic and operational management of the personnel area for our subsidiaries You drive HR projects forward, develop processes and implement new concepts You are a contact person for regional leaders:inside the KB Service in all labour and collective bargaining and personal business issues You accompany the annual financial statements in the personnel sector and ensure a smooth running Analyzing demand-oriented evaluations and personal identifiers and developing measures for forward-looking personal strategy

You have a degree in personnel management, business management, labour law or a comparable qualification You bring multi-year experience in human resources – ideally with leadership responsibility in the field of business You have safe knowledge in labour and collective law and in cooperation with bodies You work safely with MS Office and have experience in handling SAP HCM and other digital HR tools You are self-initiative, well-organized and strong in communication You enjoy working with different stakeholders:inside and actively promote the further development of HR structures
