Your tasks – versatile and responsible As an electrical maintenance manager, you control the heart of our production in Düren. Their tasks are divided into four core areas: Safety of work Safety First: Consistent implementation of the safety rules and further development of our safety standards. Guided tour & organization Team management: technical and disciplinary leadership, planning and development of your team in the day-shift and shift system. Coordination: Organisation of maintenance stoppages and coordination of foreign companies and external service providers. Interface: Promoting and optimizing close cooperation with all adjacent factory departments. Technology & Processes Plant availability: overall responsibility for electrical engineering and the maximum operational readiness of production plants. Predictive maintenance (predictive maintenance) Digitalization & Projects System maintenance: planning, documentation and further development of SAP work and maintenance plans in the ERP system. Design the future: Active participation in the planning and implementation of strategic investment projects at the site.

Your profile – expertise meets leadership You think solution-oriented, act pragmatically and always keep an overview even in dynamic situations. Qualification: Successfully completed training as a master or technician with the field of electrical engineering. Experience: Ideally, first leadership experience in a comparable role, preferably in a group or matrix structure. Knowledge of paper production is an advantage. Thinking: Highest prioritization of occupational safety concerns and an independent, analytical and result-oriented way of working. Technical know-how: Good technical understanding, ideally in the field of automation technology (Siemens PCS7). Tools & languages: Secure handling of MS Office (MS Project of advantage), ideally SAP knowledge. We require certain knowledge of German and English. Flexibility: willingness to take responsibility and take part in the standby service after a well-founded incorporation.
