Be part of our global team: You make the difference – YOU MAKE US The Mercedes-Benz plant Kassel belongs to Daimler Truck AG and is the pivotal and pivotal point with 3000 employees when it comes to putting big things into play. Complete system solutions of the highest quality for various types of utility vehicles such as transporters, trucks, buses or heavy transporters are manufactured at the Kassel plant. In addition, axles for off-road vehicles as well as articulated shafts are a diverse product range. You will work for six months in staff management at the Kassel plant, which is responsible for all personnel and labour policy issues. In our team we bundle the principles of personnel work in the functions of labor policy, time management, operational health promotion, ideas management, presence management, HR systems and personnel planning and control, as well as personnel development. As an intern, you will learn the challenges and complexity of staff management and personnel work and actively participate in the varied daily business and project-oriented concept work.

THE WORK Processing and coordination of operational topics in attendance management and operational health promotion Conception, preparation, implementation and active marketing of preventive health measures Creation of Communication Materials Print and Online (e.g. in the Daimler Truck Social Intranet) Support in the development of labour policy measures Processing of personal operations in IT management systems Evaluation and reporting of location-specific key figures Creation of topical reports and presentations

THE BRINGS Course: Economics / Social Sciences / Business Administration / Sports Sciences / Integrative Health Promotion or comparable courses Very good knowledge of MS Office standard applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), affinity for the media design of social communication platforms Teamability, contact joy and good communication skills, strong independent work, operational readiness and flexibility Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing
