You work within the BAFA in a speaker position and will make an active contribution in the fields of external economics, economic promotion, energy and climate protection in the context of topical and future-oriented topics. In the context of this invitation to tender, an appointment is first envisaged in Section 7. There you will be entrusted with tasks related to the Law on Entrepreneurial Care Obligations in Supply Chains Care Obligations Act. To your duties as a legal speaker or Referent (w/m/d) includes: the processing of legal and procedural questions from the supply chain regulatory law and legal assessment of complex individual cases; drafting opinions on European regulations and their practical implementation as well as participation in national legislation in coordination with the federal departments; developing hand-applications and other publications of the BAFA in the field of the supply chain regulatory law and active participation in information events; Representation of the BAFA in meetings and votes at national and European level.

You have both legal state examina (both satisfying at least the note). You are a dedicated, responsible personality with safe, friendly appearance and very good communication skills. In addition, you are team-ready and are characterized by an above-average loadability and flexibility. You also have negotiating skills. The willingness to carry out pre-planable, partly multi-day, missions is required. We assume a fundamental interest in the above-mentioned tasks as well as the safe control of the English language (at least comparable level B2 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages – GER). Our future leaders are usually recruited from the circle of speakers (w/m/d). This is why we also expect personal leadership motivation as well as leadership potential and anticipate the interest in all areas of BAFA. Adjustment requirement is the consent to the implementation of a safety review under the law on the conditions and procedures of the Federal Security Audit Act (SÜG).
