You take over the order processing from the request to the invoice and serve national and international customers. Your tasks include the creation of technical and commercial offers as well as price and cost calculations according to KNDS guidelines. In close coordination with the specialist departments, you process customer requests and spare parts invitations. In doing so, monitor order conditions and delivery dates and take over documentation, correction and post-processing. In international sales you take into account relevant export and KWKG requirements and communicate safely with customers. Through your self-confident, negotiating and service-oriented appearance, you contribute to successful customer support.
A commercial training with several years of relevant experience or a technical or business studies with first professional experience forms your basis. You will be able to draw knowledge of the internal service, order processing and product disposition. In handling SAP and MS Office, especially Excel, you are safe. Negotiating German and very good English skills bring you as well as ideally further language skills. An independent, conscientious, reliable and resilient operation as well as team and communication skills complete your profile.
