Front Office Manager (m/f/d)

We are looking for one/n to strengthen our team at the fastest possible time: Projektmanager (m/w/d) You guide the heart of the house – our reception team – and proceed with a positive example for the team so that our guests receive exceptional service from arrival to departure at any time Your main tasks: Head of the Front Office Team with the aim of achieving individual performance and development goals Creation of shift, holiday and service plans Ensuring optimal workflow in the reception area Take responsibility for the department budget and proactive development of plans to achieve hotel goals Proactive work on the satisfaction of the guests and ensuring the smooth running in the front office department Conduct regular team meetings to strengthen communication and cooperation in the team Support in recruiting and incorporating new employees in the Front Office area Professional and timely processing of complaints and feedback from guests. Implementation and monitoring of standards and processes to ensure a high level of service Analysis of guest reviews and derivation of measures to improve service quality Coordination of cooperation with other departments, such as housekeeping and technology, to ensure smooth operation

That's what you bring: Multiannual, well-founded experience at the reception, ideally in a leadership function, as well as pronounced problem solving skills Strong leadership and management skills with hands-on mentality and the ability to advance as a model Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing High service orientation and genuine passion for gastronomy and hospitality Creativity and the ability to develop innovative solutions and make sound recommendations High personal integrity, resilience and willingness to take responsibility in a performance-oriented environment Openness for digital tools as well as a quick understanding in handling new systems Impressed communication strength and team capacity
