Your contribution

• You are the first contact for employees in your team
• You are responsible for the implementation, compliance and further development of cleansing standards and hygiene concepts, as well as regular control of lower object and quality standards
• The smooth operation of building cleaning in all areas including effective personnel deployment planning (creation of service and holiday plans, control and weekly billing of hours proofs, etc.) are the largest part of daily tasks
• A takeover of holiday and disease representations as well as smaller special cleaning are of course for you
• Ensuring the proper handling of cleaning equipment and materials of employees is in your hand

You bring that with

• Ideally, you have a completed vocational training in the cleaning of buildings, as an alternative projected professional experience in this field
• You already have knowledge of the leadership of employees and have a competent and courteous appearance towards your team and customers
• Quality assurance and occupational safety are as important to you as team skills and social competence
• Good knowledge of German and a currently valid driving licence complete your profile
