During your 18-month trainee program you will get a comprehensive insight into all areas of our company with the clear goal: Whether outside in the field, in technology or administration - you will get to know the operational processes from scratch You will get in-depth insights into the buying and selling of metals and build your understanding of the world of metal trading Acquisition of corporate customers You deal with market and price developments and learn to derive market analyses and sales strategies You can expect to be incorporated in supra-regional staff, other companies or subsidiaries in the region or throughout Germany

We look for personalities: You have a commercial or technical training or an economic degree Ideally, you have already gained first professional experience in sales You bring joy to work with people, a great willingness to use and the will to continuously develop A pronounced hand-on mentality, entrepreneurial thinking and the desire to take responsibility draw you from Thanks to your strong communication skills, you can master the handling of different target groups You are ready to travel in Germany (20 - 30 %), have a class B licence and are looking forward to getting to know various locations and areas of responsibility
