In your role as Senior Specialist (m/w/d) BCM Production, you contribute significantly to ensuring the business continuity capability of our production and logistics locations You support the coordination and implementation of group-wide preventive measures in the field of Business Continuity Management (BCM) and assist the group-wide crisis coordinator. Your tasks include active cooperation at the Manufacturing Emergency Round Table, which will help you reduce risk and reactivity of our sites and help overcome group-wide crises You take over the coordination, monitoring and follow-up of internal and external audits and crisis training, in consultation with our external BCM advisory houses You are the central contact person for all BCM topics in the manufacturing sector and act as a link between the production plants and the headquarters By creating and developing group-wide BCM standards for production sites, you will ensure uniform requirements and support the works in their implementation Ensuring the completeness and up-to-dateness of all BCM documents and emergency concepts falls within their scope You support the continuous testing and further development of the works in the maturity model

Qualification: You have a master's degree in fire protection and safety technology, production technology, industrial engineering or a comparable discipline. In addition, you will bring well-founded experience in the business continuity management of a manufacturing company and know the peculiarities of industrial structures and processes Know-how: You have sound knowledge in fire protection, safety technology or auditing and apply this to standards, audits and action analyses Personality: You are structured, analytical and risk-oriented, communicate clearly with different stakeholders and act consistently in the sense of defined standards Language skills and readiness to travel: You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing as well as a high readiness to travel (about 50%)
