For the Fellbach site, we are looking for a dedicated and motivated personality (m/w/d) for the position of the Sales Engineer (m/w/d) as part of a follow-up scheme at the next possible time.

As a future job owner (m/w/d), you will be responsible, in particular, for the acquisition of projects for filmcasting and composites in the DACH sales region. In this context, You examine technical requirements and specifications and advise national and international customers in all relevant issues. You maintain the entire sales cycle from the first contact to the conclusion of the contract and always work very closely with other specialist departments, especially with Research & Development. Consistent interface management ensures that customer feedback can also be included in product development. The regular participation in trade fairs, the analysis of market trends and the development of innovative sales strategies are also part of the wide range of tasks of the future job owner (m/w/d).

The position addresses candidates (m/w/d) with completed studies in the field of economic engineering, mechanical engineering or a comparable subject. Based on this, the future job owner (m/w/d) has at least 3–5 years of professional experience within the technical distribution that has ideally been acquired in a special machine construction company. Personally, you are convinced by a structured and solution-oriented way of working. You have an analytical mindset and are able to understand complex technical issues and solve them customer-oriented. In addition, You are communicative as strong as assertive and encounter difficult situations with balance, pragmatism and the necessary hand-on mentality.
