Team Leader Pharma (m/f/d)

You ensure compliance with all relevant GMP requirements in your area of responsibility and ensure complete and proper batch documentation You run a team of about 20–25 employees and ensure efficient and flexible personnel deployment You ensure compliance with production plans and ensure a smooth process in production and/or packaging You create and coordinate shift and holiday plans in close coordination with the production control You recognize potential for improvement, drive optimisation and support in the introduction of new processes and standards You ensure compliance with all relevant quality, safety and legal requirements You accompany the day-to-day operating business and support your team in professional issues and challenges You give orientation to your team, promote good cooperation and ensure clear structures and responsibilities

You have several years of professional experience in pharmaceutical production You have leadership experience as a layer manager (m/w/d) or in a comparable leadership position within a production environment You bring willingness to shiftwork. We are currently working in early and late shift operations; Perspectively, the layer model is expanded by the night layer You have a completed professional training in the pharmaceutical environment or in the food industry as well as a further education for the industrial master Pharmazie (m/w/d) You have good knowledge in MS Office and SAP You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing You work team-oriented, structured and solution-oriented and enjoy taking responsibility and achieving goals together with your team
