Insolvency Clerk - Financial Accounting / Business Law (m/f/d)

We are one of the leading insolvency law firms and are part of the international law firm. Its core area includes corporate restructuring, restructuring and liquidation as part of insolvency proceedings, but also in advance of insolvency for the purpose of avoiding insolvency. You prepare the correspondence You collect receivables and use assets You carry out financial accounting in commercial and insolvency terms and organize the relevant documentation You complete the correspondence You carry out payment transactions in the proceedings

You have a completed commercial, legal or economic training or a corresponding study, for example in the field of economic law or comparable You have ideally first professional experience in insolvency processing, but also professional starters are welcome with us You are safe in handling MS Office applications You are reliable, team-oriented, proactive and work very carefully You have the talent to keep the essentials in mind even in high phases and to react flexibly to new situations that arise in the field of bankruptcy management
