The management of the operational processes in the respective layer in the Warehouse belongs to your daily business. You optimize processes in coordination internally and across departments within the site. You lead the employees, taking into account economic, qualitative and safety-relevant goals. Coordination of daily personnel using shift plans as well as holiday planning in coordination with the supervisor is one of your core tasks. You support your shift in day-to-day business and take special tasks if necessary.

You have a successfully completed vocational training on the specialist (m/w/d) for warehouse logistics or comparable training. You have ideally already gained leadership experience in the storage area. You have a license for industrial trucks. In addition to strong team skills, a fast decision-making capability and a high quality understanding are your strengths. You possess intercultural/integral competence and the ability to act cooperatively as well as unambiguous communication. You react resiliently and flexibly in an agile working environment and show willingness to work in alternating layers.
