Sales Account Executive (m|w|d) - Voith Digital Solutions - DACH Division Paper | Location Germany or Austria As an Account Executive for Voith's digital solutions, you accelerate the growth of our digital business by attracting new customers and expanding existing relationships in the manufacturing and process industries. Your mission is to position the Voith digital ecosystem, including MillOne, intelligent automation modules, advanced analytics and solutions for ConnectedOperations, as a strategic value driver for our customers. You are responsible for the entire sales cycle, develop territorial strategies and act as a trusted advisor that helps customers realize data-driven operational excellence. A pronounced Hunter mentality, structured account planning and the ability to clearly convey digital added value are essential.
Your duties Reliable acquisition of new customers (New Logos) in your sales area with a strong focus on Hunting and Pipeline construction. Identification of whitespace potentials and building a high-quality funnel of strategic opportunities. Close cooperation with Product Management, Marketing, Engineering and Customer Success to ensure customer results and accelerate adoption. Continuous observation of industry trends, customer needs and competitive dynamics to clearly and differently position Voith's digital solutions. Translation of complex industrial and operational challenges into concrete digital use cases, value assumptions and ROI-oriented arguments. Precise pipeline, forecast and opportunity documentation according to CRM processes. Ensure transparent qualification, progress control and reporting across the entire sales cycle.
Your profile Bachelor's or Master's degree in the field of economic engineering, business management with a focus on sales/marketing, business informatics, digital business or a comparable, technology- or industry-related discipline. Detectable successes in the solution-oriented direct distribution of SaaS, industrial software, digital platforms, analytics or IoT solutions – ideally in complex B2B industries. Strong ability to unlock new markets, identify whitespace potentials and independently build and manage a high-quality pipeline. Experience in managing complex, multi-stage sales cycles – from prospecting and discovery to value definition to negotiation and conclusion.
