You support our team of personnel development in day-to-day business and are a full team member from the outset You organize onboarding events for new colleagues and internal and external training formats You coordinate communication with our employees and internal and external trainers You enter our training sports halls, take over administrative tasks, and are a contact person for support requests You care and develop our ViCampus Intranet You support the development and administration of our e-learning offers You bring your own ideas and enjoy sharing yourself in the team on personal development

CHECKLIST You are still enrolled at least two semesters as a student*in a bachelor's or master's degree in pedagogy, economic education, economics, psychology / social sciences or a comparable degree course You are available 15–20 hours a week (in your semester holidays also more) You are used to working with MS Office You draw through service orientation You like to work in the team and have an independent and careful way of working You bring very good German and good English skills
