We are an advanced practice with three treating dentists, in which collegial co-operation and teamwork are raised. Our location directly at the Gänsemarkt offers the entire spectrum of dentistry. The work is fully digital, and we put the most modern dental technology and applications like e.g. the digital anamnese.

Our excellent practical equipment includes an Air-Flow® powder jet device, digital X-ray, ultrasound parodontitis treatment, Piezosurgery and Aligner therapy with Clear Correct. Our high-quality equipment and modern practical design create a "welcome factor" instead of a clinic character.

We offer flexible working time models, both full-time and part-time, so that we all feel comfortable. Supported by a very ambitious dental director and an experienced practice manager, our strong leadership team is the basis for the development of practice.

Tasks:

• Central contact person for practical management

• Self-organization and coordination of practice processes

• Continuous optimization of the practice processes

• Support for all employees during the incorporation and individual training

• Interface between practical staff, dental management and external contact persons

• Quality and hygiene management control

Qualification:

• Relevant professional experience in practical management or comparable function

• Ideally a training in the field of practical or health management

• Structured and organized work

• Communication strength and friendly and sensitive appearance

• Good computer skills
