You are responsible for the operation and further development of our IT infrastructure – from Google Workspace and tools to websites and servers to network and hardware. Make sure that systems, accesses and technical setups work reliably. Digital infrastructure: You are responsible for the operation and further development of our digital infrastructure – from Google Workspace to internal tools to network and hardware. Websites & Server: You enter our website and server landscape (Frontend & Backend), soaring for stability, updates and a clean technical basis. Tools: You ensure smooth operation of central tools and platforms as well as user and rights management. Network: You deal with network and security issues (WLAN/LAN, updates, monitoring). Office: You enter the office setup, meeting equipment, employees computers and carry out the IT-side on- and off-boarding processes. Workstations: For the LEVEL3 learning format, you can reliably run technical setups such as workstations and partner integrations. Documentation: You document processes, accesses and responsibilities in a comprehensible and sustainable manner so that knowledge remains within the team. These activities account for about 60% of your time of use. In addition, you contribute to project work, can support other tasks and are all curious, learnable and interested in trying new tasks.

Detectable interest in learning and training Found experience in IT operations, system administration, tech support or comparable roles. Very good understanding of Cloud Workspace (ideally Google Workspace), user and rights management. You have experience in frontend (CMS, bug fixes) as well as backend (server assignment, updates) Solid know-how in network and IT infrastructure (WLAN/LAN, Hardware, Security-Basics). Joy in working with many different tools and bringing order into complex setups. Hands-on mentality: You pragmatically tackle problems and find solutions for yourself.
