The business area of Sparkasse Holstein extends over the districts Ostholstein and Stormarn with the respective adjacent municipalities (incl. At the Ahrensburg site, Sparkasse Holstein is looking for a full-time sales, communication-strong, self-confident, entrepreneurial and forward-looking Head of branch Ahrensburg (m/w/d)

As head of the branch in Ahrensburg, you take on the full responsibility for the design and development of one of the most important branches of the Sparkasse Holstein. You will lead a highly motivated team of 14 people who will inspire you with your commitment and visionary leadership. Your duties include: Leadership and motivation of the team: You create a working environment in which your employees can develop their full potential and the famous “Meile more go”. Customer management: You ensure that customers are first-class supervised and competently advised. Filter control: You bear the exponed commitment to the economic result of the branch and have always looked at the market success and its key figures. Sales strategy: Implementation of growth strategy. Future planning: You contribute to the strategic orientation of the Sparkasse and its customers. Innovation and development: You have the scope to implement innovative ideas and to develop the branch. Community commitment: The Sparkasse is heavily rooted in the region. You enter the local networks and actively participate in them in the sense of the Sparkasse.

You have a successfully completed bank-based study or a comparable general qualification in the banking sector at an academic level or continuing vocational training (academics and teaching institutes of savings banks, academy of German cooperatives, a university of banking and other higher education institutions). You are an energy-charged, dynamic leadership that understands motivating a team and achieving top performance together. You have a strong sub­national approach and a pronounced customer orientation. You act as a modern driving force in the sense of the leadership of Sparkasse Holstein and are leaders, personnel developers and entrepreneurs. In this context, the Commission will be able to draw up a proposal for a Directive on the approximation of the laws of the Member States relating to the approximation of the laws of the Member States relating to turnover taxes.
