The Malteser in Berlin are now looking for a doctor (m/w/d) in senior activity as a gain in parttime (11 hours/week) for the practice of medicine for people without health insurance (MMM). Responsibility for patient care or Coordination of patient care in the team of volunteer physicians and doctors in the general team, consisting of senior practice management, MFA & social consultation (equivalent to 80% of the scope of activity) Professional advice and promotion in the multi-professional team Quality Assurance, Process Optimization & Strategic Further Development of MMM from Medical-Technical Perspective Network and public relations in coordination with department management with the aim of activating voluntary support and the acquisition of funding and donations Networking with other MMM locations, participation in nationwide MMM meetings (equivalent to 20% of the scope of activity)

Training as an approved doctor or Doctor with specialist competence Communicative and organizational skills Leadership experience and team skills High level of ownership and self-management Impressed social competence, especially tolerance and sensitivity in patients' expectations and needs Knowledge of how to use practical software Foreign language knowledge in English (of advantage)
