In this responsible position, you contribute significantly to ensuring and continuously improving our product and process quality. Your tasks include: Development, implementation and further development of internal quality concepts for new developments, product changes and series products (PPAP/PPF, APQP) Preparation, management and documentation of quality discussions – both internally and with our customers & suppliers. Technical support for production areas such as electroplating, mechanical machining, injection moulding (plastic & elastomer), punching and assembly in quality-relevant topics. Determination and approval of test methods (SPC, test features, test sharpness, measurement methods, measuring means, etc.). Management and moderation of problem-solving teams in quality problems, escalations and complex technical issues using common quality methods and tools, as well as the application of best practice methods for the sustainable elimination of quality problems Support in internal audit management and in ensuring and maintaining the QM system in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 9100:2018

Complete technical studies or comparable technical training with relevant professional experience Professional experience in quality management, ideally also with experience in production and development Knowledge of APQP, PPAP/PPF and very good knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 9100 Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Impressed Methodology and Social Competence Structured, reliable and team-oriented operation Standing for occasional missions
