Customs Clerk Preferences & Origins (m/f/d)

Preferential management: You calculate the preferences of our Wilo products taking into account all relevant free trade agreements and thus create a reliable basis for legally compliant and economically sensible international business processes. Detection management: You issue supplier declarations, carefully check incoming supplier declarations and ensure that documents are documented completely, loadable and comprehensible. Assessment of origin: You determine the commercial origin of our products, including the necessary evidence for the IHK, and thus contribute to ensuring that our innovative solutions find their way around the world safely and in a regular manner. Classification competence: You precisely arrange purchase parts, semi-finished parts, finished parts and merchandise sets and thus ensure a correct customs classification. Export control check: You review products with a view to the export list and the EU dual-use regulation and thus support responsible, secure and sustainable handling of international trade requirements.

Competence: You have a commercial or technical training or a study in the field of economic engineering or Business Administration – supplemented by further training in international trade. Rules are safe in view: You bring experience in customs and export control or external economics and know what is important when international regulations, operational requirements and corporate responsibility come together. Rightly well positioned: You have good knowledge of customs and EU export control law and ideally bring experience with US export control requirements. Sovereign use of systems: You work safely with SAP, preferably with SAP ERP or SAP GTS, and are delighted to develop digital processes in a meaningful way. All well structured: You organize your tasks independently, work carefully and keep a clear head even in complex tests. In words, you communicate clearly, bindingly and addressably – whether with colleagues from specialist areas, international contacts or external audit bodies. Internationally safe to occur: You move confidently in a global working environment and contribute to knowledge of German and English.
