Self-supporting and ensuring the trouble-free operation of the automatic small part storage (AKL) including conveyor technology, shelf operating devices, workstation and peripheral technology (scanners, scales, printers, MDE). Support, administration and further development of the warehouse management system (LVS/PMS) as well as the associated work and material flow functions. Responsibility for technical and technical interfaces between LVS, ERP (APplus) and other resystems – monitoring, error analysis, after-processing and optimization of data flows. Main contact partner for external service providers, plant manufacturers and software partners – from fault message to maintenance coordination. Conception of storage and material flow processes within the system landscape: recording, evaluation and redesign along goods receipt, storage, commissioning, packaging, shipping, retrieval, relocation and inventory. Description of solutions and requirements as a basis for decision-making for departments, IT and management. creation and maintenance of process descriptions, technical documentation and work instructions within the process landscape; Training and skills of users. Cooperation or subproject management in projects for the further development of intralogistics, automation and traceability.

Complete technical or commercial training ideally with further training to the technician/specialist or studies in the field of logistics, economic engineering, (economic) informatics or comparable. First practical experience in handling warehouse management, automated warehouse or material flow systems, for example as a key user, user or system supervisor. More important than several years of professional experience are a good system understanding, technical curiosity and the motivation to work intensively into our system and process landscape.
