Become part of our global team: You make the difference – YOU MAKE US As part of your 6-month internship at the Human Resources Daimler Trucks team at the Mannheim plant, you will get to know the latest topics about personnel management and management development in a globally active company. Concepts, instruments and processes of operational personnel work will be brought closer to you.

We advise managers on personal processes and employees in special human situations. We design change processes and restructuring together with the specialist department. We also control assessment, remuneration and personnel development processes and support managers in personnel selection and development. THE WORK Working in the varied day-to-day operations of the human resources Office management and support of personnel managers:in general administrative activities (e.g. appointment organisation, correspondence) Participation in selection and personnel development processes (applicant management, organisation and implementation of assessment centers) Administrative control of job placement processes Organisation and support of personnel talks Working with cross-site personnel development topics Working with the compilation of personal documents, preparation of presentations and evaluations Advice on personal instruments and personal processes Acquisition of exciting and varied project tasks related to staff support and development WE BEEDS An exciting and varied activity in a dynamic environment The opportunity to participate independently in projects and introduce your ideas An attractive remuneration and flexible working hours Insights into the working world of a leading company in the commercial vehicle industry Participation and participation in exciting exchange and network formats of the multi-site student @ Daimler Truck Network

THE BRINGS Study of the Department of Psychology, Education, Social Sciences or Economics or a comparable degree programme Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Secure handling of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint Structured and organized work, high self-initiative, commitment, flexibility, rapid opinion, independent incorporation into new topics, awareness of responsibility, safe occurrence Experiences in the field of personnel development and human resources management are advantageous The activity is full-time.
