Number: MER0003LSH How do we design the brand appearance and presentation of Mercedes-Benz vehicles? How do we combine digital, physical and personal customer contacts in omnichannel sales? What are the challenges of the luxury brand strategy for the distribution of Mercedes-Benz vehicles and services? How do we design the physical dealer network in the digital age? What are the opportunities and risks of direct sales for our sales partners, customers and Mercedes-Benz AG? How do we design the legal framework with our sales partners? What does the electric mobility mean for after sales and service? The sales channel strategy & Transformation (GSP/GTS) department is responsible for these and other forward-looking tasks at the Board of Management Marketing and Sales of Mercedes-Benz AG. If you are interested in strategic sales topics and in the automotive industry, we look forward to working with motivated, experienced and young colleagues. Your tasks include: Design of the future customer journey for luxury vehicles, ICE and EV Customer requirements and benchmarking in the competitive environment Independent development of conceptual approaches to strategically relevant issues of sales Creation of presentations and decision templates at top management level

Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Law, International Business Studies, Business Informatics, Technical Business Administration or a comparable degree course Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing Safe handling of MS Office (including very good Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills desirable) Personal skills...
