You contribute to the realization and commissioning of the new control center with their own data center. You are involved in the operational and technical processes and the organisational structure of the new headquarters. You run the operating 24/7 operation with 15 operators You are responsible for personnel management and development, including shift organisation, qualification and team development. You coordinate and decide on complex traffic control measures in the context of regional traffic management. You control cooperation with external bodies such as police, fire brigade, road construction and traffic authorities. You develop the control centre strategically taking into account new technical and traffic requirements. You represent and represent the control center internally and in the public.

Your degree – You have successfully completed a university degree (Master or Diploma at a university or accredited Master at a university) in the field of transport or civil engineering, electrical engineering or computer science or a comparable degree course in a degree course suitable for the task area. Professional Experience / Management Experience – Multiannual professional experience, ideally in the field of traffic management, tunnel operation or technical management and leadership experience in the management of teams and the responsibility for operational processes are desired. Knowledge and practical experience in public administration and management of 24/7 shiftworkers are advantageous. Teamwork – You like to work in the team and are characterized by good team skills.
