Participation in tender management – a central part of our business development – using modern workflow tools Independent research of national and international tenders from the private sector and the public sector (Bund, Länder, municipalities), in particular in the areas of digitalisation, identity management and secure IT infrastructures Pre-qualification and evaluation of relevant tenders in close coordination with the relevant specialist departments Cooperation with external service providers and the use of common procurement platforms for the search and management of tenders Support for the optimization of internal processes and tools for efficient tender management – including reporting and documentation Participation in further tasks in business development, in particular in identifying and evaluating new business potentials

Current studies in a relevant field, such as administrative, social or political sciences, mathematics, computer science or economics Interest in digital technologies and IT solutions (hardware and software) Very good PC knowledge, especially in MS Word and Excel, as well as knowledge in performing structured Internet research communication skills in word and writing and good English skills Quality awareness, independent and structured functioning and reliability Joy of analytical research and interest in a long-term student engagement
